Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tenzro services ("Services"), including Tenzro Platform, Tenzro Cloud, and Tenzro Spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Tenzro provides infrastructure services for AI applications, including but not limited to: compute resources, model hosting, API access, storage, and related developer tools. The specific features available depend on your subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malware or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Engage in activities that could harm the Services or other users
• Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
• Generate, store, or distribute illegal content

5. Payment and Billing

For paid Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription tier. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Usage-based charges are calculated and billed according to our published pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, documentation, and content, are owned by Tenzro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Services, you grant Tenzro a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Services.

7. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers may be eligible for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with specific uptime guarantees and support commitments. SLA terms are specified in your enterprise agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENZRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
